The cost-effective and user-friendly IG Pension Compliance Solution intelligently integrates into existing payroll infrastructure and provides a self-service portal for employees to view their salary summary and pension contribution information. Our pension management software solution does not replace the existing payroll software; it enables eligibility and contributions management, electronically, providing full visibility of contributions to employees via a secure portal.
In addition, we offer an upgrade option to IG Portal Plus; a full PAYE/auto enrolment management portal that provides the additional benefit of delivering all PAYE information to employees in a secure and private environment including full payslips, P11D's and P60's. If you or your clients are currently printing and posting payslips and other PAYE documents, the cost savings are immediate; postage, paper, printer consumables and time to process the payroll, can be reduced by more than 50%.
The pension compliance software can be designed to accommodate those employees with no email address and those that share a computer. Portal access requires a personal password and depending on requirements may also include extra information to provide an additional layer of security.

No. The solution has been designed to work with the payroll software you already have. When you run the payroll, information is downloaded to the auto enrolment software that manages the auto enrolment process, ensuring compliance with the Pensions Act.
It also calculates eligibility for individual employees, calculates employee eligibility within each pay period, enables contribution information to be communicated to the pension provider and provides visibility of the information to the employer, employee and adviser through a secure online portal.
