A big change towards the UK’s data privacy law will be coming into effect on 25th May 2018.
As a third-party processor of your payroll data and in order to comply with our obligations under GDPR we need you to confirm the contact details of your Data Protection Officer or GDPR Owner.
What is a Data Protection Officer? (DPO)
DPOs assist you to monitor internal compliance, inform and advise on your data protection and privacy obligations, provide advice regarding Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and act as a contact point for data subjects and the supervisory authority.

Why do we need this information?
We need a point of contact in order that we can communicate with you quickly and efficiently in the event of a security incident or breach. This, in turn, will allow you to fulfil your own duties to monitor and inform your own data subjects.
